Our Whole Lives – better known as OWL – is a comprehensive sexuality education program developed jointly by the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations and the United Church of Christ. Age appropriate courses are available for everyone – kindergarten through adults.

Sexuality is a healthy, natural and normal part of being human. Children need years to understand and integrate the information you want to give them, including your family and religious values. Studies from around the world consistently show that children who are educated about healthy bodies and healthy sexuality are better protected from abuse and exploitation.

During the 2016-2017 Program Year we are offering the 4-6 Grade Class. Watch  News and Notes for details about future classes.

Our OWL classes are open to everyone, not just UUFSLOC members. Feel free to refer people from outside our Fellowship to the Director for more information about the classes or about participation. OWL classes are offered free of charge to everyone, but parents will need to purchase the Parent Guide that accompanies the K-1 and 4-6 classes, and an accompanying book for the children in the 4 – 6 Grade class (financial assistance is available, see the Director for details). There may be other small expenses associated with special events – details will be available during the Parent Orientation required for every class,
