I follow a person named “Mrs. Frazzled” on Instagram. She often pretends to be talking to…ummm…difficult people as a Kindergarten teacher might. Once of my favorite phrases of hers is asking the person to “catch a bubble” (puffing out her cheeks and holding a finger to her lips). It is a wonderful reminder to myself to think before I talk.
