Encourages members of the congregation to develop their leadership talents. We periodically host leadership training events, and we are always eager to meet one on one with members of the congregation who are interested in pursuing leadership positions.

The LDC is responsible for nominating individuals to serve in positions elected by the congregation and recruiting individuals for other lay leadership positions as requested by the Board.
