Linda Wilson
Pianist

Hello UUSLO Community! I am very grateful to have this new opportunity to share music with everyone at UUSLO. My piano lessons started at 8 and singing in choir in 3rd grade. Between choir in school and church, then jazz ensemble for three years in junior high, I was lucky to be exposed to a wide variety of music and directors for almost all my life.

Since moving back to the Central Coast in the early 1980’s I have been active in theatre and music as well as in vocal ensembles and church. I worked as a Director, Musical Director, producer and musician for many local companies including SLOREP, Chameleon Productions, Pioneer Players and PCPA. In addition to directing and producing, being on stage in shows is a special highlight. Some roles include Laurie in Oklahoma, Marian in The Music Man, and Grace in Annie. I was privileged to sing under the direction of Tom Davies in the SLO Master Chorale, Mozart Festival chorus was a founding member of Canzona Vocal Ensemble.

During the school year, my other music jobs include accompanying the choirs in the Atascadero School District, playing for concerts, festivals and special events. I teach private voice and piano lessons in Paso Robles and produce The Jingle Belles and The Uncommonne Carolers, premier Christmas Carolers on the Central Coast.

I look forward to meeting everyone and getting to know you. See you soon!
